Nostradamus was a prominent French astrologer.He was born on December 14, 1503. His birthplace is Saint-Rémy-de-Provence, France.His book ‘Les Prophéties’ was published in 1555. It was about future events. The book is a collection of 942 poetic quatrains. He was also an author, physician, astrological consultant, and translator. Nostradamus studied at the University of Avignon. However, he had to leave his studies due to the plague outbreak, as the university was shut down. Later, he studied at the University of Montpellier where he entered as an apothecary. Nostradamus wanted to get a doctorate, but was expelled from the university as following or doing any sort of trade was forbidden.Nostradamus predicted his death day. He informed his secretary Jean de Chavigny, on July 1, 1566 evening, “You will not find me alive at sunrise.” The other morning he was found dead.
